I was married to the Wolf of Wall Street.

The world saw glamor.

But I saw the gaslighting, the manipulation, the betrayal, and lived through a trauma bond that nearly destroyed me.

And like so many, I thought if I was smart enough… strong enough… spiritual enough… I could figure it out alone.

But the truth?

Healing in isolation doesn’t work.

Because trauma is relational. And so is recovery.

I didn’t fully heal until I had the right tools, support, and safety to stop surviving—and start reclaiming myself.

And now? I’ve spent over a decade helping hundreds of survivors do the same.
